Closed off tourist development, close to scenic locations and comfortable and good value

Just let me swim in the ocean!!! The lifesavers called you back before you were even close to the buoys and still standing on the ground, almost as if they couldn't swim themselves. Makes the whole beach kinda useless. Also the beaches within the marina / breakwater are disgusting, green barely translucent water.

One of the most quiet and relaxing property I’ve ever stayed at. As it is an “adults only hotel” it makes it even quieter. All staff was very kind and helpful (mostly solving humidity issues, unfortunately weather was like that during my stay), starting from the receptionist Mohamed, the bellhops Milad (and another guy who I don’t remember the name, my bad ), and all the ADD’s staff. The location, even if not in the center, suited me a lot, it’s a very calm place, and takes you only 15/20 minutes drive to reach Salalah, nevertheless it’s nearby to all attractions and natural places located on East of the area.

Nice adults only escape

Staff was lovely. Breakfast was very nice and tasty.

Our tub and shower water was not hot and tub water was brown. By the 3rd.night it seemed to clear up.so.that was Good.

bad construction of bathroom resulted in flood at room

i liked the location, room size and overall view and facilities

the way bathroom is build, one the first 30min of our stay, while my son was having bath the room got flooded with water from bathroom. the housekeeping staff came to clean he noticed before me who was in room and he was outside. there way shower place is build makes the water come out to the room. the construction should be changed for all the rooms. I asked to change the room but even the construction of the bathroom of the second room was the same. since it was 1 day trip i had to stop complaining and enjoy the 1 day trip but i'll make sure that I will never book your hotel

The facilities and services around the same area also I liked that you may bring your family and children to play with animals and have an indoor playroom

Still there is some working at the end of the resort as they are building a huge restaurant in front of the water breakers probably next upcoming fall season of Salalah it will be ready I hope so

Loved the landscaping around the property. The apartments were of good size and staff were very helpful always. They went out of the way to give us few options to enable a comfortable late checkout.

The hotel was very welcoming and we had a pleasant experience. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the pools.

I would say that we were not very impressed with the place, given that it was rated among the top best places to stay in Salalah! The address of the property on booking.com is wrong and takes you to the other side of the city! For family with children, there was no much child entertainment. The kids play zone has hardly anything. Though the place not very old but feel is quite worn out, dusty and even the walk around the marina becomes uncomfortable as the water drainage is poor. I wouldn’t recommend taking the breakfast because it is totally not worth it, unless you don’t have another choice. The kitchen is not well equipped! If we ever come back to area, I would definitely try to find a better more more value for money.

The staff were incredibly rude especially the front office. room service was slow and they kept making mistakes in the order. The apartment kitchen was very badly stocked. We had a two bedroom apartment and were given only 4 mugs for tea and coffee. When we asked for more, they said NO. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom throughout our 5 day trip. The fridge didn't work..etc etc. Would not recommend this property especially since we were charged exorbitant room rates

On the positives:

On the positives: - Stuff was friendly and helpful - Room was spacious and had a nice view - Breakfast was good

On the negatives: - The room was super humid, to a point that the floor was constantly wet and our clothes etc. were slightly wet. Because of that, it also had the smell of humidity albeit the A/C was constantly on. - The location is not great. 1) not many things to do around 2) 20 min drive to Salalah (and taxis are super expensive). Also this time of the year (although they claimed it's a high season) no-one was around...so entire area seemed deserted.
